(A) Golf carts may be Operated on city Streets only with a validly issued permit from the City.
(B) Every person operating a Golf Cart under permit on city Streets has all the rights and duties applicable to the driver of any other vehicle under the provisions of Minn. Stat. Ch. 169, except when those provisions cannot reasonably be applied to Golf Carts and except as otherwise specifically provided in Minn. Stat. 169.045 Subd. 7.
(C) Operators of any Golf Cart permitted herein must have a valid driver's license. A valid driver's license must be in the Operator's possession while operating the Golf Cart.
(D) All Golf Carts on City Streets must display a permit sticker on the left side rear fender or similar component of the Golf Cart issued by the City.
