§ 31.16 STATUTORY AUTHORIZATION FOR CITY TREASURER.
   There shall be a City Treasurer who shall serve at the direction and the pleasure of the City Council. The duties of City Treasurer shall be those identified within M.S. § 412.141, as it may be amended from time to time, and such other assignments and duties as may be allocated and assigned by the directive of the City Council from time to time.
