§ 71.60 DEFINITIONS

   GOLF CART. The term Golf Cart includes both electric and gas powered motorized carts, generally have a small wheelbase, and are not completely enclosed, and

   ∙   Three or four low pressure or non-pneumatic tires;

   ∙   An engine displacement less than 800 cubic centimeters; and

   ∙   Not capable of reaching speeds greater than 20 miles per hour.

   CITY. The City of Lake St. Croix Beach, Minnesota

   CITY STREET. A Street that is under the jurisdiction of the City of Lake St. Croix Beach, Minnesota

   OPERATE. Driving and having physical control over the motorized Golf Cart or off-highway vehicle.

   PERMITTEE(S). The person(s) issued a permit for a Golf Cart by the City.

   RESIDENT. An individual who holds residence in the City of Lake St. Croix Beach under the determination of Minn. Stat. 200.031.
