§ 155.13 REVIEW OF FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAN AND PLAT.
   (A)   Final Subdivision Plan.
      (1)   Purpose. The purpose of the final subdivision plan is to insure the review and approval of the final technical submittals and engineering drawings.
      (2)   Initiation point. All submittals must be made to the city within six months of approval of the preliminary subdivision plan.
      (3)   Submittals. All submittals shall be as required by § 155.22 and the relevant sections of the Florida Statutes.
      (4)   Fees. Fees for the final subdivision plan application, as adopted from time to time by resolution of the City Commission, must be paid to the city at the time the submittal is made.
      (5)   Review process. All final subdivision plans shall be subject to a standard review process as outlined below:
         (a)   The Planning and Zoning Board shall approve, approve with conditions, or disapprove the final subdivision plan. Appeals of Planning and Zoning Board decisions shall be in accordance with § 155.11(B)(4)(c) and (d).
         (b)   The final subdivision plan shall be submitted to the Planning and Zoning Board within six months after approval of the preliminary subdivision plan; otherwise, the preliminary plan approval shall become null and void, unless an extension is applied for prior to the expiration of the six months and granted by the City Commission.
         (c)   Variances to Ch. 155 and its appendices are allowed only as part of the preliminary subdivision plan review.
   (B)   Final Subdivision Plat.
      (1)   Purpose. The purpose of the final subdivision plat is to ensure the preparation, completion and recording of the final plat map and its accompanying legal documents.
      (2)   Initiation point. All submittals must be made to the city within six months of approval of the final subdivision plan.
      (3)   Submittals. All submittals shall be in compliance with the City of Lake Mary Land Development Code and the relevant sections of the Florida Statutes.
      (4)   Fees. Fees for the final subdivision plat application, as adopted from time to time by resolution of the City Commission, must be paid to the city at the time the submittal is made.
      (5)   Review process. All final subdivision plats shall be subject to a standard review process as outlined below:
         (a)   The City Commission shall approve, approve with conditions, or disapprove the final subdivision plat.
         (b)   The final subdivision plat shall be submitted to the City within six months after approval of the final subdivision plan; otherwise, all construction shall cease until the proposed final plat has been submitted.
         (c)   Variances to Ch. 155 and its appendices are allowed only as part of the preliminary subdivision plan review.
