§ 90.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of §§ 90.01 through 90.10, 90.25, 90.26, and 90.40 through 90.46 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.

   (C)   Any person violating any provision of §§ 90.60 through 90.64 shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not exceeding $700 or by imprisonment not exceeding 90 days in the County Jail, or both.
