The city may enter into agreements with veterinarians to assist in the administration of the provisions of §§ 90.01 through 90.10, 90.25, 90.26, and 90.40 through 90.46. These agreements shall ensure that an orderly system is set up to coordinate the licensing, vaccination, impoundment, quarantine, and/or euthanization, as needed, of dogs or cats within the city. This agreement shall also provide for a reasonable method of compensating veterinarians for the services that they provide to the city.
