(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person who shall violate any provision of §§ 113.01 through 113.05 of this chapter shall be fined not more than $750 for each day that the violation exists. Each and every violation of the provisions of §§ 113.01 through 113.05 of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense. In addition, any cost of collection of fines or other amounts due to the city under this division (B) may be assessed in accordance with § 10.99 of this code or ordinances.

(C) Any person who shall violate any provision of §§ 113.20 through 113.27 of this chapter shall be fined not more than $750 for each day that the violation exists. Each and every violation shall constitute a separate offense. In addition, any cost of collection of fines or other amounts due to the city under this division (C) may be assessed in accordance with § 10.99 of this code or ordinances.
