§ 110.106 LIMIT ON NUMBER.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any licensee to have or maintain upon or within a single premises in excess of three coin-operated amusement devices, and only one such licensee may operate at any given time on a single premises.
   (B)   However, nothing contained herein shall be construed to regulate the number of coin-operated amusement devices when located on the premises of City Recreation Center; or a bona fide private educational institution if such device is for the sole use and enjoyment of the students, staff or authorized visitors.
