(A) Every person licensed as an auctioneer may designate not to exceed two employees who may be authorized by him or her to conduct auctions.
(B) Notice containing the names of the employees so designated must be given to the City Clerk, and employee’s license shall be issued on the payment of the fee as set out in the fee schedule.
(C) This license shall be good for one year and it shall be unlawful for any employee not licensed under this section to conduct an auction, or for any auctioneer to permit an auction to be conducted by an unlicensed employee.
