§ 100.04 ABATEMENT OF NUISANCE.
   If the person so notified shall refuse or neglect to comply with such order, within the time and in the manner specified the Chief of Police shall cause the abatement of such nuisance at the expense of the party or parties responsible for or permitting the same.
