§ 99.018 APPLICATION OF REQUIREMENTS REGARDING DISEASED AND INFESTED TREES.
   (A)   Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to prohibit the removal of trees or parts thereof which have been identified as being infected with contagious, threatening diseases or infested with pests either of which threaten the health and vitality of the city’s urban forest.
   (B)   Such trees and infected or infested materials shall be removed and disposed of in accordance with the provisions of §§ 99.135 through 99.142.
