§ 99.142 NUISANCE ON CITY PROPERTY.
   Any tree or stored wood, on property owned by the city which is a public nuisance as provided by §§ 99.135 or 99.136 shall promptly be removed and disposed of under the supervision of the Director of Parks and Recreation, at the expense of the city.
