(A) Subject to the termination of agreements as provided in § 97.149, the city hereby agrees to assist the Gorton Community Center Corporation in its efforts to reduce or eliminate certain liabilities and contractual obligations of the Gorton Community Center Corporation.
(B) The City Council hereby directs the City Manager, or his or her designee, to take necessary and appropriate steps to assist the Gorton Community Center in reducing and repaying any amounts due under the existing revolving line of credit with Lake Forest Bank and Trust and any other irrevocable ongoing contracts as provided in an appropriate agreement with the Gorton Community Center Corporation, which agreement shall be subject to City Council ratification.
(C) Any liability or contractual obligation not specifically identified in any such agreement, remains the sole responsibility of the Gorton Community Center Corporation.
