(A) The Board of Library Trustees shall consist of nine members, not more than one of whom shall be a member of the City Council, as is provided in the above cited statute.
(B) Members shall be appointed by the Mayor, by and with the approval of the City Council, and shall serve for a three-year term with one-third of the library trustees having their terms expire annually.
(C) No individual shall serve for more than two three-year terms.
(D) Members shall receive no compensation.
(E) Officer positions will be determined by members.
(F) Vacancies may be filled in the manner in which original appointments are made.
(G) The term of each trustee shall commence with July 1.
