§ 96.01 BOARD CREATED.
   There is hereby created a Board of Library Trustees for the management and control of the city library, in accordance with the provisions of the Illinois Local Library Act, 75 ILCS 5, as well as the city’s home rule authority under Article VII, § 6 of the Illinois Constitution of 1970.
