§ 94.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   (1)   In addition to the specific penalty provisions contained in the Fire Prevention Code, any person, firm or corporation who fails to comply fully with any provisions of § 94.01 shall be fined in the amount set forth in the general penalties section of the city code, as it may be amended from time to time.
      (2)   Failure to comply with the time limits of an abatement notice or other corrective notice issued by the Fire Marshal shall constitute a violation for each day that such noncompliance continues being regarded as a new and separate offense.
      (3)   In the event of a conflict between the Fire Prevention Code and this penalty provision, the more severe and expansive penalty or remedy shall control.

   (B)   (1)   Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of §§ 94.15 through 94.22 shall be punished by a fine of not less than $15 nor more than $750 for each and every offense; provided however that violations may be satisfied by the following payments if paid within the listed time limits.

      (2)   (a)   In addition, any cost of collection of fines or other amounts due to the city under this division (B) may be assessed in accordance with § 10.99(B) of this city code.
         (b)   All such payments shall be made at the Municipal Services Building, 800 Field Drive, Lake Forest, Illinois.
      (3)   Each incident of violation, even though it may occur on the same day, shall be a separate and distinct incident, and a separate notice of violation shall be written and served upon the violator for each such incident.
