§ 94.50 FIRE PREVENTION AND LIFE SAFETY INSPECTION FEE SCHEDULE.
   The city may require fees for inspections and permits. When such fees are required by the city, such fees shall be in an amount not less than the following, or such greater amount as may be established, updated or amended from time to time by the City Council as part of its review and adoption of an annual fee ordinance.
