Unless otherwise specified herein, any and all persons convicted of a violation of any provision of this chapter may be punished by a fine of not less than $20, nor more than $750, for each such offense. The Police Department may notify the parents or legal guardian of any minor who receives a warning or charge of a violation of any provision of this chapter. In addition, any cost of collection of fines or other amounts due to the city under this section may be assessed in accordance with § 10.99.
