§ 74.213 PARKING ADMINISTRATION.
   (A)   The Chief of Police is hereby appointed the Parking Administrator for the city.
   (B)   The Parking Administrator for the city shall send notice of impending driver’s license suspension to any person who has failed to satisfy any fine or penalty imposed by final judgment for ten or more violations of local standing and parking regulations of the city after such person has exhausted all procedures for judicial review.
   (C)   The aforesaid notice under division (B) above shall specify that the person liable for any fine or penalty shall pay the outstanding fines or penalties within 45 days of the notice date and that failure to pay the fine or penalty within 45 days will result in the city notifying the Illinois Secretary of State that the person’s driver’s license is eligible for suspension pursuant to state law.
   (D)   All notices under this subchapter shall be sent by first day United States mail, postage prepaid, to the address recorded with the Secretary of State.
