§ 74.210 TRAFFIC ENGINEER TO ERECT ADDITIONAL SIGNS.
   The Traffic Engineer is hereby authorized to erect additional official signs as directed by the City Manager indicating the direction of traffic movement on one-way streets, the duration of parking time and the hours and days during which such regulations shall be in effect.
