§ 74.209 TRAFFIC ENGINEER TO ERECT YIELD RIGHT-OF-WAY SIGN.
   Whenever any ordinance of the city designates and describes any intersection as a yield right-of-way intersection, it shall be the duty of the Traffic Engineer to place and maintain an official yield right-of-way sign on each approach to the intersection as designated and described in such ordinance of the city.
