The Traffic Engineer as directed by the City Manager and pursuant to applicable ordinances is hereby authorized:
(A) To erect signs indicating no parking upon that side of any street adjacent to any school property or church where such parking would interfere with traffic or create a hazardous situation;
(B) To appropriately mark or sign such streets upon which angle parking shall be permitted;
(C) To erect signs indicating no parking upon any street; and
(D) To designate by proper signs places where the stopping or parking of vehicles would create any especially hazardous condition or would cause unusual delay to traffic.
