(A) The Traffic Engineer is hereby authorized to place proper official signs as directed by the City Manager at such intersections or other places at which drivers of vehicles shall not make a right, left or U-turn.
(B) The Traffic Engineer is authorized to place official markers, buttons, or signs as directed by the City Manager within or adjacent to intersections, indicating the course to be traveled by vehicles turning at such intersection, and such course to be traveled as so indicated may conform to or be other than as prescribed by law or ordinance.
