§ 74.202 TRAFFIC ENGINEER TO PLACE TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES.
   The Traffic Engineer shall place and maintain traffic control devices as required by this subchapter to make effective the provision of this subchapter, and may place and maintain such additional traffic control devices to regulate, guide or warn traffic as are required to effectuate the provisions of this subchapter.
