§ 73.24 DUTY OF CITY MANAGER TO MAINTAIN A PUBLIC RECORD OF PARKING PROHIBITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS.
   The City Manager shall keep and maintain a record of all parking prohibitions and restrictions affecting public streets and city parking lots. This record shall be kept current by the City Manager and made freely accessible to the public.
