§ 156.025 GENERAL PROVISIONS.
   (A)   Preliminary requirements; minimum.
      (1)   An application for subdivision may not be filed or considered if either:
         (a)   An application involving the subject property that requests action inconsistent with the proposed subdivision application currently pending before any board, commission or other body in the city; or
         (b)   An application involving the subject property is the subject of ongoing judicial review.
      (2)   An application for subdivision may not be filed or considered unless either:
         (a)   The proposed subdivision conforms to the underlying zoning for the property as set forth on the city’s official zoning maps; or
         (b)   The proposed subdivision is accompanied by a request for zoning relief that would, if granted, result in the subdivision conforming to the zoning requirements.
   (B)   Pre-application meeting.
      (1)   Any person, firm or corporation proposing to subdivide land within the corporate limits of the city or proposing to dedicate streets or other lands for public use shall first schedule at least one pre-application meeting with the Community Development Department.
      (2)   Following said meeting, a complete and accurate application shall be submitted to the Community Development Department consistent with the provisions of § 156.026.
