§ 98.090 PRESENT USES.
   (A)   Any person, firm or corporation using or maintaining any such vault, space, room or structure or enclosure shall comply with the provisions of this subchapter.
   (B)   The City Manager may authorize the closing of any vault, space, room, structure or enclosure for which such a permit has not been obtained.
