§ 98.006 REPAIRS.
   (A)   All public streets, alley and sidewalk pavements shall be kept in good repair.
   (B)   Such repair work, whether done by the city, the abutting owner, or any other person, firm or corporation shall be under the supervision of the Director of Public Works.
