(A)
All individuals not having proof of residency within the corporate limits of the city or a parking pass issued pursuant to § 97.067(D) will be required to pay a daily fee as reflected in the fee schedule in order to access Forest Park Beach from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
(B) The City Manager may establish and enforce rules and post appropriate signage to limit and identify locations from which nonresidents may gain access to Forest Park Beach.
