§ 70.064 BOARDING OR ALIGHTING FROM VEHICLES.
   (A)   No person shall board or alight from any vehicle while such vehicle is in motion.
   (B)   Persons shall board or alight from any vehicle only when it is standing or parked and then only at or from the right of said vehicle, except that a person may board or alight from either side when the vehicle is lawfully parked.
