(A) Any person, firm or corporation who violates any of the provisions of §§ 50.035 through 50.080 of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be fined according to the fee schedule adopted by the City of Lake Forest for each such violation. Each day that a violation exists or continues to exist shall constitute a separate offense which, upon conviction thereof, shall subject the violator thereof to a fine as indicated in the fee schedule adopted by the City of Lake Forest. In addition, any cost of collection of fines or other amounts due to the city under this section may be assessed in accordance with § 10.99 of this code.

In addition, any cost of collection of fines or other amounts due to the city under § 50.055 of this chapter may be assessed in accordance with § 10.99 of this code.

Each day that a violation exists or continues to exist shall constitute a separate offense which, upon conviction thereof, shall subject the violator thereof a fine of not less than $50 and no more than $750. In addition, any cost of collection of fines or other amounts due to the city under this section may be assessed in accordance with § 10.99 of this code.
