(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any person violating any provision of § 35.24 shall be subject to a fine of not less than $5 nor more than $750; and each refusal to testify or failure to attend shall be deemed a separate and distinct offense. In addition, any cost of collection of fines or other amounts due to the city under this section may be assessed in accordance with § 10.99(B) of this city code.
