§ 32.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   (1)   Any person violating § 32.008(A) shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than $750.
      (2)   Any person violating § 32.008(B) shall, upon conviction, be fined in any sum not more than $750.

   (C)   The penalty for violation of § 32.009 shall be a fine of not more than $750.

   (D)   (1)   Any person violating § 32.011(A), shall upon conviction be fined in any sum not exceeding $750, provided no person shall be bound to obey any such officer, unless such officer’s official character shall be known or made known to such person.
      (2)   Any person violating § 32.011(B) shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than $750.
