(A) It shall be and is hereby declared unlawful for any person or persons to enter the Fire Department house at any time except on business pertaining to the Fire Department, or the fire apparatus or other city business.
(B) In addition, any cost of collection of fines or other amounts due to the city under this section may be assessed in accordance with § 10.99(B) of this city code.
