§ 150.110 JURISDICTION AND POWERS OF THE COMMISSION.

   The Commission is hereby vested with the following jurisdictions and powers:

   (A)   To hear and decide appeals from any order, requirements, decision, or determination made by the Director of Community Development or designee, under the provisions of § 150.003(A);

   (B)   To recommend to the City Council adoption of model codes and periodic updates of those codes and adoption of local amendments to model codes; and

   (C)   To consider such other matters as the City Council may from time to time refer to the Commission.
