§ 31.182 DUTIES.
   The Supervisor shall superintend the construction of all public works and improvements in the City, except those put in by special assessments, and shall see that the same are constructed in accordance with the ordinances authorizing them, as is provided by § 17 of Article IV of the City Charter.
