(A) Any person violating any part of this chapter, except § 113.02(A), shall be issued a citation by the Lake County Sheriff's Department, and upon conviction, be fined not less than $100 no more than $1,000 for each offense. Each day a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
(B) Any person violating any part of this chapter, except § 113.02(A), for a second time within a six month period shall be issued a citation by the Lake County Sheriff's Department, and upon conviction, be fined not less than $250 no more than $2,500 for each offense. Each day a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
(C) Any person violating § 113.02(A), in addition to immediately ceasing operations and vacating Lake County Fairgrounds property pursuant to that section, shall also be issued a citation by the Lake County Sheriff’s Department, and upon conviction, be fined not less than $250 no more than $2,500 for each offense. Each day a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
(D) An unauthorized vendor having been issued a citation and upon being convicted of said citation shall be banned from being an authorized vendor for a period of one month to six months from the date of the issuance of the citation.
(E) Any violations by a vendor under this chapter shall be taken into consideration by the Lake County Fairgrounds in approving any future requests of the vendor, and therefore may result in the vendor being denied its request to enter into future written agreements or leases with the Lake County Fairgrounds.
