A. Generally. It shall be unlawful for any person to park any motor vehicle within the Mawman Avenue Resident Parking Lot, being located generally at the northeast corner of Scranton Avenue and Mawman Avenue, except the holders of parking permits in the manner provided herein.
B. Classes of Permits Established. The following classifications of parking permits for the Mawman Avenue Resident Parking Lot are hereby established. The fee payable to obtain each permit shall be as set out in Section 1-12-3, under the category "Permit Fees," and shall be paid in advance of parking.
1. Daytime Parking Permit. A daytime parking permit may be issued on an annual basis only to residents of the Village for a vehicle bearing a valid motor vehicle license pursuant to Section 6-2-3. The holder of a daytime parking permit may park in the Mawman Avenue Resident Parking Lot between the hours of six o’clock (6:00) a.m. and three o’clock (3:00) a.m. daily.
2. Overnight Parking Permit. An overnight parking permit may be issued on an annual basis only to residents of the Village for a vehicle bearing a valid motor vehicle license pursuant to Section 6-2-3. The holder of an overnight parking permit may park in the Mawman Avenue Resident Parking Lot at any time.
