5-1-3: CONDITIONS OF STICKERS:

   A.   Contents: Said motor vehicle sticker shall state as follows and shall be in the following form:

   LAKE BARRINGTON, ILL.

   (Year)

   Expires March 1, (of following year)

   VEHICLE TAG

   NO. V-1 (and successive numbers)

   B.   Fee Required: Said sticker shall be issued upon the payment of a fee as specified from time to time in section 1-10-7 of this code and presentation of a duly completed application pursuant to section 5-1-2 of this chapter.

   C.   Display On Windshield: Display of such sticker shall not be mandatory, but if displayed, said sticker shall be displayed on the windshield of the motor vehicle for which it is issued in such fashion as not to interfere with the vision of the operator of the vehicle.

   D.   Term: The sticker shall be valid for two (2) calendar years. (Ord. 2008-O-05, 2-5-2008)
