The village clerk may require the following information on an application for a motor vehicle sticker:
A. The name, address, and telephone number of the applicant.
B. That the applicant is one of the registered owners or leaseholders of the said motor vehicle.
C. The year, model and make of the said motor vehicle.
D. The Illinois license registration (i.e., the license plate number) for the current year. (Ord. 2003-O-22, 12-23-2003)
