§ 152.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   The following penalties, herewith set forth in full, shall apply to §§ 152.01 through 152.07.
      (1)   It is unlawful for any person to violate any of the provisions stated or adopted in §§ 152.01 through 152.07.
      (2)   Every person convicted of a violation of any provision stated or adopted in §§ 152.01 through 152.07 shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $300.
   (C)   If the charges shall not be paid by the owner or owners within 30 days after such time of hearing provided for in § 152.24, then the Town Clerk and Recorder shall certify the amount of said charges and assessment with 10% of the amount as penalty thereon to the Assessor or County Treasurer or other officer of the county then having charge and custody of the county tax list to be placed upon the tax list for the current year and to be collected as other taxes are collected provided by law.
