The Town Clerk may deny, suspend, revoke or refuse to renew any license issued or applied for under the provision of this subchapter for any of the following reasons:
(A) Violation of any of the provisions of the subchapter;
(B) Any cause for which issuance of the license could have been refused had it then existed and been known to the Town Clerk;
(C) Any act of gross negligence, incompetency or misconduct in the practice of a contractor;
(D) Any material misstatement, misrepresentation or fraud in obtaining a license;
(E) Employment of any person required by this subchapter to be licensed or to obtain a permit for one who has not obtained such license, or permit; and
(F) Any action taken under the provision of this subchapter in accordance with the provisions of C.R.S. Title 24, Article 4.
