It shall be the duty of the Youth Commission to provide input to the Village Board of Trustees on all village matters with the exception of those reserved for discussion in executive session; to make recommendations to the Board of Trustees; to discuss village issues with youth members of the community in order to better represent their interests; to act in accordance with all village rules and procedures.
