§ 32.37 CHAIRPERSON AND OTHER OFFICERS.
   (A)   The Village President, with the advice and consent of the Board of Trustees, shall appoint a Chairperson of the Committee from its members, who shall serve for a term of one year and until his or her successor shall be appointed and shall take office.
   (B)   The Committee may elect from its members a Secretary and such other officers as it may deem advisable.
