Unless specifically identified as exempt by this subchapter, it shall be unlawful for any person to operate as a mobile food vendor without first completing an application and obtaining a license from the village in accordance with § 116.035. A copy of a current health inspection shall be required. The Village Manager or their designee may revoke any mobile food vendor license where there has been misrepresentation of fact on the mobile food vendor license application.
