For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
MOBILE FOOD VENDOR. MOBILE FOOD VENDOR means and includes every person who shall sell or offer for sale, any food or prepared food products, including oil, fish, fruits, vegetables or country produce, traveling from place to place on, along or upon the streets, alleys or sidewalks of the village, or operating in a temporary location in the village that meets legal parking requirements. MOBILE FOOD VENDORS who sell and deliver any such items from any wagon, pushcart, automobile or other vehicle or temporary structure, going from place to place, or who shall go about from place to place selling and delivering any such items to the public, shall operate in accordance with all local, county and state standards and life safety requirements.
