(A) The retail value of each prize awarded by any licensee in a single raffle shall not exceed $25,000. The aggregate retail value of all prizes or merchandise awarded at a single raffle event by a licensee shall not exceed $100,000. No raffle ticket or chance shall be sold for more than $100.
(B) The maximum time period during which a licensee can issue or sell raffle tickets or chances shall be 52 days.
