Robert's Rules of Order shall govern the deliberations of the Board of Trustees, and all other boards and commissions, except when in conflict with any of the foregoing rules. The Village Board may also adopt standing rules to govern the procedures of the Board of Trustees and all other boards, and specific rules to govern specific types of public hearings or to accommodate specific meeting situations.
