§ 30.23 MEMBERSHIP OF COMMITTEES.
   (A)   All standing and special committees shall be composed of three members, including the Chairperson, unless the Board of Trustees by action at a regular meeting shall direct otherwise.
   (B)   Subject to acceptance by the individuals and the Trustees, all committee members, including the Chairperson, shall be appointed by the President.
