The village shall retain jurisdiction to ensure compliance with this chapter and shall have the right to issue a stop-work order for non-compliance. No stop-work order issued pursuant to this section shall be removed by the village unless the applicant has paid a reinspection fee in accordance with § 95.23 of this chapter.
